I absolutely loved the attention to detail and the comfort the hotel provides! The room is amazing and the bathroom is great and spacious for European standards. The staff is very polite, especially at the restaurant for breakfast, which is delicious by the way. It's a short walk to the tram. Very convenient as I was traveling with my 70-year old dad.

Great value for money. I was able to get a room at the last minute at a particularly good rate for Switzerland. The hotel is located right near a tram station and a bus station, making for easy access to the rest of the city. There are also several supermarkets nearby. The room was clearly not new, but it was very nice and tidy, and a bit larger than photos might suggest. And despite being near a central transport plaza it is very quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive and polite staff, we felt very well looked after. The room was a decent size, and having drinks available in the minibar was a convenient touch. The room service was also efficient and of high quality. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. With a station right across the street, accessing the city centre and other areas was incredibly easy. Additionally, there are supermarkets nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay. We were also grateful for the option to store our luggage after check-out, allowing us to explore the city without any hassle before heading to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent location, and impeccable service!

Everybody was very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was confy and we found some cold soft drinks in the minbar as a gift from the hotel staff. The room has some extra tools like shoehorn and umbrellas if you need them. The hotel's resturant have a veri nice interrior and a simple but delicius menu to choose from. Their ravioli was excelent. It's not in the center of the town but you can get to the central station in 15 mins by public transportation. The staff was realy friendly and helpfull.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Stoller. The location is convenient, with easy access to trams and public transport, making it simple to reach central Zurich and the main attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the comfortable beds after long days of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend Hotel Stoller to anyone looking for a quiet, well-connected, and reliable place to stay in Zurich.

The bed was perfect and the view from the window was nice. It was in a good location and we were able to leave our car there prior to check in and even a little after checkout, which was very helpful. There is a tram/bus station very close and you cannot hear it from the room which was very nice.

Great staff - thank you Zolst and David (not sure if I've spelt it correctly) very helpful staff.. very accommodating. We arrived an hour and half early and they didn't mind checking us in and also offered a junior suite that we politely declined as we wanted to check-in a bit earlier. Well appointed and clean rooms. Would definitely recommend.. Thanks again :-)

#1 Location. We like hotels a bit far from the city center and the main tourist attractions so this location was perfect for us: quite, lovely but still convenient to get to the key destination points by foot or public transportation. #2 The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. Stuff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but clean, comfortable, and modern. #3 Breakfast is delicious and varied. Although it is not a traditional buffet system where you serve yourself, there is a waitress and the menu but you can still order whatever you want and as much as you want.

We experienced the warm hospitality from the staff, at the reception especially to Staff Zaman Fatiha who is so friendly and approachable, she has kindly offered to carry our two heavy luggages up the short flight of stairs, really appreciate her kind gesture 😁 And it was her warm hospitality that made us feel so welcomed and at home that we decided to book another night with breakfast before leaving Zurich for France, (we had originally booked another hotel) 😁 Keep it up 👍🏻 Will definitely recommend others to this hotel 🏨 Also the accessibility to Zürich Hb, just a couple of stops away and you will be at the busyness district of Zürich Hb,there are two supermarkets around the corners and restaurants around the area… it’s a welcome relief away from the busyness of the main station yet it’s close by to reach there if you need to go for river cruise, museums, downtown, old town area…at a decent price too 😁
